My name is Lessly, but you can call me Icy! I am the founder of IcyBlingsLA. My beauty journey started in January 2022 when I pursued becoming a tooth gem artist & teeth whitening technician. I immediately fell in love with these services the minute it became my full time job & hope to continue & inspire other women to start too.

A little background: I was born and raised in Hawthorne, CA. My parents are from Mexico and I love the culture! Latina owned business here!

I finished high school & continued with college with pursuing “business administration” but dropped out 5 months before graduation because I didn’t feel like they were educating their students into actual business. My goal was always to become a boss so that’s when I knew I had to invest into a beauty service that I can find passion in.

Months after starting my business a lot of women were interested in offering my services to start a side hustle and that’s when I officially invested more into education to be able to provide for my future students. As a beginner trainer & tech I wasn’t the best at teaching which we all start from somewhere! I am almost 3 years into my business journey and have trained over 280+ students, and have had the opportunity to watch a lot of my students grow & turn this side hustle into their full time job. I love educating and will always continue to educate myself throughout my journey to always provide as much information, knowledge, updates as I can for all of my students.

The beauty industry has given artists, like me, the opportunity to become an educator/ mentor, something I am forever grateful for. I am blessed to also get to share my knowledge in business and inspire other artists to go after their goals.
